Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your registration for and attendance at events, and your use of the website and programs operated by Owen Cook and Owen Live Training (“we,” “us,” or “our”) under the name the Higher Purpose Tour. By registering for an event, paying the seat deposit, purchasing a program, or using owenfreeseminar.com, you agree to these Terms.
1. Event Registration
To attend a Higher Purpose Tour seminar you must register through our website and provide accurate information, including your name, email, and phone number. Registration is personal to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration, and to limit the number of seats, at our discretion — for example to manage venue capacity or to enforce these Terms.
2. The $25 Seat Deposit
Admission to our tour seminars is free. To reserve your seat, we charge a $25 commitment fee (seat deposit). This deposit is not a ticket price — it exists to confirm that you genuinely intend to attend, to reduce no-shows, and to help us manage limited venue capacity so that people who want a seat can get one.
The $25 seat deposit is fully refundable. For how and when to request a refund, and what happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled, see our Refund Policy.
3. Tickets & Admission
After you complete registration we issue a ticket, delivered by email and available on our website. Your ticket contains a unique code; anyone presenting that code may be admitted, so keep it private and do not share or resell it. Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and city for which they were issued, and are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Present your ticket (printed or on your phone) for scanning at the venue entrance.
- We may refuse admission or remove anyone without a valid ticket, or for conduct described in Section 4.
- Seats are not assigned unless we state otherwise; admission is not guaranteed after an event reaches capacity or after doors close.
4. Code of Conduct at Events
We want every attendee to feel safe, welcome, and able to participate. By attending you agree to:
- Treat other attendees, staff, presenters, and venue personnel with respect;
- Follow the instructions of our staff and the venue's rules and safety requirements;
- Refrain from harassment, threats, violence, discrimination, or disruptive behavior;
- Refrain from recording, live-streaming, or redistributing event content without our prior written permission.
We may remove any attendee who violates this code, without refund, and may decline future registrations.
5. Paid Programs & Bootcamps
In addition to the free seminars, we offer paid programs and bootcamps (for example, priced at $5,000 and $12,000). These programs are governed by these Terms together with any additional terms, enrollment agreement, or schedule we provide at the time of purchase. Prices, curricula, dates, and locations may change, and some programs have limited capacity or prerequisites.
Payment for programs is processed by our provider, Whop. Refund terms for programs are set out in our Refund Policy. Where a program-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, the program-specific agreement controls for that program.
6. Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellation of Events
Live events depend on venues, travel, and factors outside our control. We reserve the right to change the date, time, venue, lineup, or format of any event, and to reschedule or cancel an event. If we cancel an event, or reschedule it and you cannot attend the new date, you are entitled to a refund of your seat deposit as described in our Refund Policy. We are not responsible for your travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs.
7. Intellectual Property
All content presented at our events and on our website — including talks, materials, slides, recordings, text, graphics, logos, and the names “Owen Cook,” “Owen Live Training,” and “Higher Purpose Tour” — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Any materials we give you are for your personal, non-commercial use.
8. Disclaimers
Our events and programs are provided for educational and motivational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, income, or benefit from attending. The website and events are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our staff, presenters, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or related to your registration, attendance, or use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to an event is limited to the amount you actually paid to us for that event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Assumption of Risk
Attending an in-person event carries inherent risks. You are responsible for your own safety and belongings, agree to follow venue safety rules, and attend at your own risk.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country — to be completed by legal counsel], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site or attendance at events after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
