Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the Higher Purpose Tour, operated by Owen Cook and Owen Live Training. It covers the $25 seat deposit for our free seminars, what happens when an event is cancelled or rescheduled, and refunds for our paid programs and bootcamps.
1. The $25 Seat Deposit Is Fully Refundable
Admission to our tour seminars is free. The $25 commitment fee simply reserves your seat and helps us manage venue capacity. It is 100% refundable— you can request your $25 back for any reason, whether or not you end up attending.
How to request your $25 refund. Reply to your registration confirmation email, or email support@owenfreeseminar.com from the address you registered with, and let us know you'd like a refund. Include your name and the city you registered for so we can find your order quickly.
We aim to process seat-deposit refund requests promptly — typically within a few business days. Once processed, the $25 is returned to your original payment method through our payments provider, Whop. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
2. If We Cancel or Reschedule an Event
If we cancela seminar, we will refund your $25 seat deposit automatically to your original payment method — you do not need to ask.
If we reschedule a seminar, your registration and ticket will normally carry over to the new date. If the new date does not work for you, contact us and we will refund your seat deposit in full.
3. Paid Programs & Bootcamps
Our paid programs and bootcamps (for example, priced at $5,000 and $12,000) are premium, capacity-limited experiences, so their refund terms differ from the free-seminar deposit. Unless a program-specific agreement says otherwise, the following applies:
- Cooling-off / early refund. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the program has not yet started and you have not attended any session or accessed materials reserved for enrolled participants.
- Once the program begins. After the 14-day window, or once you have attended a session, booked into a specific cohort, or accessed program materials, the purchase is non-refundable, because your place removes capacity another participant could have used.
- If we cancel a program. If we cancel a program before it begins and cannot offer you a suitable alternative date, we will refund your payment in full.
- Transfers. Where a session cannot be refunded, we may, at our discretion, allow you to transfer your place to a future cohort.
Some programs may be sold under their own written enrollment agreement with specific refund, deposit, or payment-plan terms. Where that agreement conflicts with this policy, the program-specific agreement controls for that program.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, through our payments provider, Whop. We do not issue cash refunds and cannot refund to a different card or account. If your original card has expired or been closed, your bank normally routes the refund to your replacement card; contact your bank if it does not appear.
5. Timing
We process approved refunds as quickly as we reasonably can. Once we issue a refund, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer — usually a few business days, and up to 10 business days in some cases.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe you are owed a refund, please contact us first — we are happy to help and can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
