This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or register for an event, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Higher Purpose Tour and related events, programs, and communications operated by Owen Cook and Owen Live Training (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the website at owenfreeseminar.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Information you give us

  • Contact details— your name, email address, and phone number, which you provide when you register for a seminar or a paid program.
  • Payment information— when you pay the $25 seat deposit or purchase a bootcamp, your card and billing details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Whop. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems; we receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded along with limited transaction details.
  • Communications— the contents of messages you send us by email or other channels, and your preferences.

Information we collect automatically

  • Analytics & usage data— we use our own first-party analytics to record page views and basic interactions (such as which city page you viewed and whether you started a registration) so we can understand how the site performs.
  • Marketing & referral data (UTM)— when you arrive from an ad, email, or link, we may record UTM parameters and referral information so we know which campaign brought you to us.
  • Device & connection data— standard technical information such as your browser type, approximate region, and the pages you request, logged by our hosting infrastructure.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

  • Register you for an event, reserve your seat, and issue and deliver your ticket;
  • Process the $25 seat deposit, bootcamp purchases, and any refunds;
  • Send you transactional messages — confirmations, ticket links, venue details, schedule changes, and reminders;
  • Send you marketing communications about upcoming tour dates, programs, and offers (you can opt out at any time — see Section 6);
  • Understand and improve our website, measure the performance of our marketing, and manage venue capacity;
  • Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed to provide the service:

  • Whop— our payments and checkout provider, which processes deposits and program purchases and handles refunds.
  • Resend— our email delivery provider, which sends confirmations, tickets, and other messages on our behalf from owenfreeseminar.com.
  • Supabase and Vercel— our database and hosting providers, which store your registration data and run the website.

Each provider is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments and may only use your data to deliver services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to remember your registration progress, and to attribute visits to marketing campaigns (UTM tracking). Some embedded content, such as a video player, may set its own cookies. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide events and support, to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. Registration and ticket records are typically retained for the duration of the tour and a reasonable period afterward. When we no longer need your information, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing us at support@owenfreeseminar.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Marketing opt-out. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message, or by emailing us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we will still send you essential transactional messages about events you have registered for.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we rely on established providers (Whop, Supabase, Vercel, Resend) that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and events are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. International Visitors

The Higher Purpose Tour is a global tour, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our providers operate. By using the site and registering, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed internationally.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may also be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
